If you are from the small town of Portsmouth, Ohio, you are probably familiar of the name Rich Moon, or “Moonie”. He has been a local icon for years & years. A talent he held was the ability to work magic on a piano. Recently, he was hit by a car & had many injuries. He underwent multiple surgeries, but unfortunately on December 16th he passed away due to injuries. He did not go without a fight! A wonderful, friendly, yet mysterious town legend, that everyone seemed to know & love. Rich would give anybody the shirt off of his back, and he deserves this recognition! We will get justice for Rich & find who did this!  I & many others believe this is a great way to represent Rich and all he did for the people of this town. He will not be forgotten ❤️
