This Petition is a call for Poplar Bluff Missouri Police Captain David Sutton and Kevin Barbour, Butler County Missouri Prosecuting Attorney to formally file Animal Cruelty charges and prosecute Heather and William Dugger for their admitted animal abuse for profit.

While investigating animal cruelty charges against William and Heather Dugger, police visited the Dugger home where they found the dead body of Bear a 15 week old MinPin. Also located were two small children living in deplorable conditions wearing only diapers living in severe levels of neglect and abuse.  With floors covered in animal feces and a strong stench of dog urine Poplar County Police arrested the Duggers on child related charges and the dog along with the children were removed from the home. 

When questioned, both Heather and William Dugger admitted to having multiple Facebook aliases and FaceBook accounts  and repeatedly acquiring free dogs through social media, and collecting money on social media to (supposedly) help pay the expenses for those animals.  Most dogs ultimately had been severely abused and or killed while in the Duggers "care".

While Poplar Bluff Missouri Police did file charges child endangerment,  No animal cruelty charges were ever filed in regards to the multiple abused dogs or from the admitted killing of 15 week old  Min Pin puppy "Bear" at the hands of WIlliam Dugger.  

It is with this petition that we ask you to sign in support of petitioning the Poplar Bluff MO police department and Butler County Prosecuting Attorney to formally file animal cruelty charges, and that prosecution be brought against Heather and William Dugger for the acts of animal cruelty for the murder of the 15 week old Min Pin "Bear".

After repeatedly obtaining animals for sole the purpose of abuse and ending their lives for monetary gain the Duggers should never be allowed to obtain and own animals again. 

Please help us deliver this message that 15 week old Bear did not die in vain but activated a voice that we the people are speaking up for what is right and asking the Poplar Bluff PD and Butler County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Barbor to stop the Duggers from obtaining and abusing other dogs by bringing them to justice.
