For 6 or more years the Popeyes in Bel Ridge MO 63121 has been abandoned. There has been no contact with Popeyes but just recently it was noted that the building is about to fall down, and all manner of vermin and rats are breeding inside forcing nearby residents having to move out or evacuate while their homes are exterminated. This is not only an eyesore to Bel Ridge but a huge health risk to animals, pets and humans. Let's not have another pandemic because of the negligence of Popeyes. The village of Bel Ridge is not able to do a thing as Popeyes will not get in touch with them. There has been no renovation to the building at all since they were ordered to close down years ago. If you live in the area, and think this building needs to be demolished, then please sign the petition and share with others. We have continuously asked the village of Bel Ridge to do something about this and nothing is or can be done as Popeye's is not cooperating with Bel Ridge on the matter. This is a very risky health situation that we in Bel Ridge and surrounding areas would like to see addressed.  The building is beyond repair.  It needs to be demolished for our safety and good health.  Thank you.
