Kelly is a beautiful 6 month old Puppy that was taken in by Nuns when a Baby but he grew and was then relegated to a chain, no medical help, nutricious food.  It took an outside animal welfare organisation to rescue him.    This Petition is so important as it gives serious concern to the issues of these Nuns and what they are actually there for?   To do this to a living, feeling, breathing creature is totally and absolutely unacceptable!!!    The fact these Nuns are part of the Catholic Church of which Saint Francis, the Patron Saint of Animals is, and the present Pope Francis, means that this "organisation" needs to look carefully indeed at those who represent it globally!!!!!
