We are thankful to be part of the St. Thaddeus Community. We are thankful for family and friends. We are thankful for your support!
Thanksgiving is a favorite time of year for our St. Thaddeus Church Family. Thanksgiving Mass was a time to invite friends and family.
It was a time to be thankful for our personal victories. The small loaves of bread we shared with each family, expressed our appreciation for each other.
The Thanksgiving food baskets were passed out to our community neighbors. Members supported the Society of St. Vincent De Paul Members by collecting food and monies for the baskets. Rev. Deacon Jimmy Flewellen along with the late Bishop Conway got St. Vincent De Paul Society started in the African-American Community.
Just as we pray for our personal circumstances, we also pray and take action for our community.
St. Jude Thaddeus is a place where we take our faith into action.
We continue to work toward reopening our church. The Notice of Decree has NOT been promulgated. St. Thaddeus Church should be open. We should be celebrating Thanksgiving Mass at our church home.
Please continue to pray for our victory. Thank you!
