Give women & gays equal rights in the Catholic Church

People are born male and female. Some are born gay. God does not make mistakes. All should be equally welcome in worship and administration of God's kingdom on earth. The central message of Christ's ministry was the inclusion of those rejected and abused by society. Women stood at the foot of his cross. Women evangelized his message for centuries along with men. We are asking all Catholics, by birth or conversion, active and inactive, to let the hierarchy know that we support Christ's message of inclusion and reject the exclusionary behavior of the arcane society of men who distort Christ's message for their own purposes. Women are educated, inspired, and called to a priesthood that is rapidly diminishing in number. We need them. Honor their vocations. Respect the faith of our gay community and welcome them into the mainstream Church and society as Christ would have. Open your eyes and your hearts and be Christ to your people. He is looking at you through their eyes, but you refuse to see him. Wash your eyes in the pool of Siloam and be healed.
