Federal law treats hemp the same as marijuana, even though hemp doesn't contain the psychoactive ingredient THC. Allowing farmers to cultivate hemp will revitalize agriculture, strengthen our economy and improve the environment. We need our leaders to take responsibility and start a conversation about transforming our culture through agriculture.
