My Best Friend was Murdered on the Caribbean Island of Nevis today.  And nobody is going to do anything about it. She went through an extremely painful experience fighting for her life. April and Janice, vet technicians fought for herlige,  utilizing everything they could throw at her including overseas veterinarian connections because of the lockdown. I breathed every breath Hazel did encouraging her to fight.  From 10:30 a.m. onward she fought.  At 1:40 p.m. she breathed her last breath.   I know they say that poisoning dogs on Nevis is illegal but when are we going to hold anybody accountable? This is b******t. !!!!!   She died from rat poison laced chicken. I found the evidence in her vomit on my porch, a place she is supposed to be safe.  She was in the garden before that.  We know who is doing this.    We know who the goat and sheep farmers are.    But is anything being done? I am yet to see any police investigation.   Not even a phone call from them.    This is the second fur baby I have had murdered on Nevis and still no answers.    Hazel was loved by many. Even when the other dogs barked at Caveman on the beach, Hazel never did. She was an ambassador.   She made sure everyone was greeted.   She loved life, people, walks on the beach and she loved to dance.  To say my heart is broken is an understatement. Today my best friend was murdered on the Caribbean island of Nevis.   What are we going to do about this barbaric horrible Island practice.   Probably nothing as usual.     Nevis Nice      Not!!           We need change now
