Federal Agencies, Fusion Centers, and others are engaged in joint-targeting clandestine operations using Cointelpro tactics (trauma based); take-down operations against citizens through-out the United States.   

Citizens’ personal information from dragnet surveillance are weaponized.  Sophisticated techniques inflict ongoing harassment, retaliation, and surveillance causing human rights and civil liberties violations in daily living.  

These methods serve as distractions from the nefarious use of artificial intelligence, bio-medical, neuro-science technologies directed against the public.

This orchestrated irregular warfare operation includes non-consensual  experimentation and directed energy weapons assaults to the brain, heart and other body parts.   These program operations are the judge, jury and executioner.  The tactics used are designed to cause severe, prolonged suffering without leaving marks. 

Along with the daily suffering; emotional, financial, and physical devastation result. This includes Anomalous Health Incidents (Havana Syndrome) on United States soil.

There is a total loss of privacy.  Citizens are not told why they are placed in this program; or how to purge themselves from the program. The First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution are being violated. These actions are criminal. They are platforms for racketeering, profit and greed. 

Citizen’s risk being placed in handcuffs and taken away when they seek help or try to tell others.  I am a victim of this program Even children are victims in this program.  This could happen to you or someone you love.  Your tax dollars are paying for these draconian operations with little to no oversight. Was this the intent of Congress?

Please help save my life and the lives of others. This is a battle that affects every citizen and is not just an isolated incident.

Tell Congress To:  Start or expand investigations and hearings on the Cointelpro, stasi tactics perpetrated against unwitting Americans in the United States!
