13. Or other conditions which have the same symptoms/severity, determined by a physician’s opinion that the use of medical cannabis would surpass any potential health risks

So, Why should we legalize marijuana in our country?

Marijuana has a lot of potential in curing many sick people and we aim should aim in making our people, Filipinos, healthy especially there are a lot of Filipinos admitted to HIV.
