Jadson James Franca is a murderer.

He was driving his garbage truck in Presidente Figueiredo, Brazil, late last month when, according to bystanders he purposefully ran the truck up onto the pavement to hit a stray dog.

But that wasn't enough. While he and his companions laughed, Franca wrapped a chain around the dog's neck and dragged his broken body over the rough pavement to the back of his truck.

He then hurled the terribly injured animal into the trash compactor-- alive.  The little dog survived the ride to the dump but died hours later from serious injuries-- all the while terrified and suffering in agony.

Meanwhile, Jadson James Franca was fined an "unspecified amount" and left to go on his merry way, still freely roaming the streets (and probably maiming, torturing and brutally murdering countless other innocent creatures).

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.  Jadson James Franca is evil in its most sadistic and chilling form, with no respect for life.

We, the undersigned, strongly urge you to prosecute Jadson James Franca to the fullest extent of the law and ensure that he receives the maximum jail sentencing and penalties possible!
