For 78 years in Edinburgh Scotland we have had an annual taxi outing for children with additional needs life limiting conditions and terminal illnesses This was escorted by the police but now due to new legislation this can no longer continue and is being canceled We are looking for an exemption so this can continue and give all those children a day to remember and put a big smile on there face and their day to be filled with laughter and cheer.
