The Issue

There is a disturbing video and photos circulating social media of Harry Evans performing unspeakable acts of cruelty and boasting. In these photos teeth of a horse were knocked out because Harry Evans 'lost the head' due to his horse kicking him whilst being shaved. Harry Evans brags about such cruelty by taking pictures of himself with the poor horse who clearly is in a lot of agony and fear.

These images have upset us and many others. This is not the first offence, nor the last. Evans has committed acts like this before and uploaded them to social media for amusement. The PSNI, Animal Welfare for Fermanagh and Omagh, and Fermanagh and Omagh District Council were made aware of previous abuse and shown footage. However, when visiting Evans stud everything seemed OK and no animals were taking in to care.

Action needs to be taken! Evans is a cruel man with zero empathy for any animal in his care. He has young horses who have not yet developed muscles pulling carriages which later in life will cause health issues for these horses. A lot of his horses look malnourished and too skinny for their breed and size. He is unfit to own a buy and sell business alongside a riding school.

It's not acceptable for the authorities to sit back and take no responsibility. It is our responsibility to be the voice for the horse that lays alone tonight in such pain and agony, and in fear of what tomorrow may bring. If this is the standard of cruelty Evans is willing to share to the public, what does he do that we can't see?? Harry Evans' equestrian needs to be closed and it is time the authorities take all evidence shown seriously!

Please share and sign this petition and have Harry Evans prosecuted and his business shut down!
