I wan't to solve a growing problem called electronic and electromagnetic harassment to torture.

Involving the microwave auditory effect for example and much more.

 

Electronic attack (Short: EA)

facilities, and or equipment with the intent of weakening, neutralizing, or destroying enemy combat capabilities.

It also involves killing enemy personal.

High criminals, maffia and syndicates, large gangs with connections, groups of hackers with certain knowledge or connections and terrorists might already be using technologies

An corrupt and or secret unethical government projects have been in the past and might be done again. And if the technology is available it might be used.

And mainly researching the reach of such devices and if it could be enhanced, which
the enemy might have already done

Audio spotlight devices can be buyed for between 200 to 400 dollars and more profesional for around 1200 to around 2300 dollars

Primitive devices can be self made for around 30 dollars to 250 dollars
-Placing a certain metalic funnel on a microwave part for microwave heating, or lighting up the  neighbours lamps, should not be done off coursec and can also cause burns and cateracts also to yourself.
-Causing headeaches with sonic devices. And a HAM radar can be converted to
a lidar device.

Imagine what a whole team of radio frequency engineers, scientists, electronic engineers, mathematicians,
and more experts could do with a budget of 10 million to or even over 100 million dollar
