Against all re-offending Juveniles/Youth.

*Mandatory Sentencing of ALL RE-OFFENDING YOUTH to either,

A. Prison

B. Boot Camp

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. The innocent should NOT have to suffer and pay anymore!
