Point pickup has been deceptively stealing money from drivers and customers. We accept an order for a specified payout price and if the customer tips, they minus the price that we were guaranteed as a payout. Example: I receive a grocery order for delivery and my payment is $8.50. I accept the order and expect to receive $8.50+100% of the customers tip. If the customer does not tip, I receive the $8.50; however if the customer tips $10.00 my original payment is now deducted down to $4.50 plus a small market adjustment that fluctuates. The base pay now equals $5.15 not the $8.50 that I accepted it at. 

They also have cut our opportunities to receive deliveries by 1/3. Effectively cutting our pay as well.

Drivers whom have dedicated years to this company, have built the customer platform and have worked hard to ensure we have happy customers deserve better. 

We (Point Pickup Drivers) are demanding all of our lost wages to be returned to us and fair and legal business practices put into place.
