Deadboot issue on Poco M3 and Redmi 9T

The Issue

THE MAJORITY OF POCO M3 AND REDMI 9T USERS ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING "THE BLACK OF DEATH" ISSUE - DEADBOOT ON THEIR MOBILE PHONES.

A lot of people purchased the Poco M3 and Redmi 9T for its inexpensive cost and its promising specifications. Also, people are amused by its capabilities despite being a budget device. For the first few months since the released of these two devices, many users are happy and satisfied with the phone. Some users claimed that the phone is too good to be true and they keep recommending it to their friends and family. Many people are still buying these phones even after months from its released date, as many online and physical stores offers huge discounts for these two specific devices. But apparently, on June 2021 there were post occurring in every social media about these two phone having the deadboot issue.

Lets have a brief summary of these two companies and the two specific device. Pocophone was originally established and owned by Xiaomi, but recently last year (2020) Pocophone declared independency from Xiaomi, and now mainly functions as self-reliant mobile company. Although Pocophone is now operating independently, it still uses the updates provided by Xiaomi to deliver global OTA updates on their phone products worldwide, and it includes the Poco M3. Meanwhile, the Redmi 9T device is a product made and produced by Xiaomi, and both phones shares OTA updates. There is a rumor from a non-reliable source that both phones shares the same motherboard design and structure. (I'm currently looking for a trusted source for this claim.)

After five months since the released of these two devices many posts are occurring about the problems of the users. Many claimed that when they restart their devices it wont turn on and it will only display a black screen or no power at all. The majority of the post in every social media about these devices have the same scenario. Some posts said that it takes days, weeks or even a month before the phone boot ups. A lot of users are having trouble accessing the device once it turns off, although there are people tried using the 'fastboot' method but the possibility of success is less likely. Some people even tried using other solutions such us reheating the Power IC, as some third party technician argues that the problem of these phones is from the power. But apparently it only voided the warranty of the phone and unfortunately only a number of people succeed to this method and get through the phone.  Many people suspects its a hardware problem, but others claims its a software faulty programmed.

This petition is to encourage Xiaomi and Pocophone to provide a permanent solution for this problem occurring in their devices. It does not only waste the time of its users, but it also affects the livelihood of some people, specially to the children in the Philippines who uses these phones for online education. Please spread this petition to let other users heard their voices regarding the issue, and hopefully Xiaomi will hear our request.
