Two Years ago Pockit locked my account after I used my account to send money to family. I had this account because I had not gotten residency yet and it allowed me to open the account. When they closed my account I had no valid leave to remain but I provided a copy of my passport signed by my lawyer. Three months after I got my legal status of residency and then I supplied a certified UK ID, the company said they were going to send the money to my source but some of my funds were from depositing,friends who sent me money and money I won from a gaming site but none was return. I have contacted POCKIT numerous times but I always get a message about chat volumes being high but noone has contacted me confirming the return of my funds.  I am just one of many who has gone through this with pockit and I believe something needs to be done. I have been following this facebook page where people complain that some advisors told them that it was upto Pockit whether to pay back or not. Tell me is it right for a person to trust in a company with the money in which they had to work hard for only it being taken or is it right that some persons could not buy gifts for their kids because their UC or child benefit payments were taken due to the company locking their account and despite providing the company what they requested for and still weeks or months or even years after its like bascially they were rob. We complain about crime or about robberies but yet the ones that you suppose to trust in are the same ones to take from you or withhold access to what is yours.In my updates I will be posting a few of the stories I had heard and persons have gone through. JUSTICE FOR THE MOTHERS WHO DEPEND ON THE MONEY THEY WERE WAITING ON TO FEED THEIR CHILDREN, JUSTICE FOR THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAS WORK SO HARD FOR THE MONEY WITHHOLD FROM THEM WHICH THEY TRUSTED YOU WITH AND JUSTICE FOR OTHER BANKING COMPANIES WHICH BECAUSE OF ONE COMPANY`S FAILURE OTHERS HAVE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING.
