As many of you know, the Pocatello School District was appropriately denied a "certificate of appropriateness" for the ugly glass connector to link the buildings. They must now go before the city council and appeal. Once again I discover that the public will not be allowed to speak or comment at this meeting.  [1 Aug 2019]  The only possible opportunity for the public to comment will be tonight during the open comment period at the City Council Meeting. I cannot attend. It's last minute, but I hope some of you will take the opportunity to go and voice your opposition to the undemocratic process that has plagued this entire process. Shame on the Pocatello School District and the City of Pocatello for keeping the public locked out of the process.
