Tonight the School Board plans to go before the Historic Preservation Commission for phase II of the Pocatello High School Addition -- 6:00pm at the City Building. Once again Pocatello/Chubbuck School District has broken the law. As you can see, from the email thread, Courtney Fisher failed to follow the law in informing Save Pocatello High School and by extension all Save Pocatello High School Petitioners of this upcoming meeting. Shame on you School District for rushing this project and not following the law or your commitments. Update on phase one: It is currently considerably over budget - we are waiting on the exact figure.

1. All documents containing information about the revised Phase II of the Pocatello High School renovations project including any information, drawings, schematics, renderings provided and/or shown to the Board of Trustees at the Tuesday, April 16, 2019 meeting.
2. A copy of the City of Pocatello Certificate of Appropriateness application for Phase II (if available) and any accompanying documents (if not previously provided in #1)
3. If request # 2 is not currently available, I pre-request a copy and notification of the application on the date it is filed with the City of Pocatello.
