On September 28, Chancellor Thomas Keon sent a university-wide email announcing that the Purdue Board of Trustees approved that Purdue University Northwest, Purdue University Fort Wayne, and Purdue University Global students will no longer receive the Purdue degree. 

When we, the students at PNW, came here we were promised that we will receive a Purdue University degree, not a Purdue University Northwest degree. We have been lied to.

We will not stand back while the Chancellor and Board of Trustees make decisions without our input.

We will not stand silent as they make decisions that will have a huge impact on our education. 

We will no longer be lied to.

We will no longer stay silent.
