We’re a nation of animal lovers, but those vets bills are ridiculous!!!! 
They’re over inflated and seem to be out of control, despite the following legal requirements.

’Vets are regarded as service providers under the law, they also have a duty to provide a service with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act.

Vets also have a duty under the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Code of Professional Conduct to be open and honest about vet fees.’

But, what about those who cannot afford an appointment just to diagnose? 
I’ve hit hard times before and had to find vets fees when my beloved dog has been sick.
If we can get the government to fund this, it will help people who cannot pay high vet bills and stop them from dumping their pets and making them homeless.
Of course, we're all in a time of a national financial crisis, but animals should not have to suffer.
We have an NHS, so why not a PNHS?
