Administrative assault on Doctor for arranging & distributing PPE for doctors

An orthopaedic surgeon under training was terminated & his career destroyed because he coordinated, arranged & distributed PPEs in Hindu Rao Hospital. Is this justified act?
This form of vindictive acts are more horrific & brutal than violence by general public. Govt must understand that we are here to serve public & are not slaves to some ministers. We need to raise concerns to make services better because we are frontline workers and dealing problems everyday. Govt must take our inputs as constructive criticism rather than penalising for raising voice. He was previously also warned for raising concerns of poor facilities at Hindu Rao. He also used social media platforms to raise concerns of lack of PPEs. This might also be the reason for such a harsh step by NDMC But nothing justifies to destroy someone’s career for raising voice.
