This should become a norm all over the country. Death declaration protocol should be made. But how effective will be security, that questions still remains. Once the patient has died, there is nothing a doctor can do. There is already dearth of doctors in a government hospital. The doctor should attend to other needy patients and the death declaration should be the job of some one else. Hence, in the interest of other needy patients in already busy government hospital, every hospital should have a police outpost. The death should be declared by the inspector.
