The flood problem of Assam has been continuing every year and lakhs of people had to suffer in the floods but this problem has always been looked upon by the centre.Lakhs of people suffer every year yet the central government don't take the action they should have taken. It's a great tragedy for the people of Assam and we want this prblem to be declared as a 'national problem' and should be treated specially to solve it.
