Stop funding genocide in Myanmar . Primark should stop selling clothes made in Myanmar.

Stop funding genocide in Myanmar . Primark should stop selling clothes made in Myanmar.
The Issue
After hanging out a pair of jogging bottoms I bought from Primark I was shocked to see that they had been made in Myanmar.
In recent months I have been shocked to hear on the news accounts of state ordered rape, ethnic cleansing and genocide of the Rohingya people. The United Nations have said that the crimes amount to crimes against humanity, and an independent international fact-finding mission has documented crimes which include murder, rape, torture, sexual slavery and persecution.
I believe that it is disgusting that a British high street giant is investing in a country which has a history of such unforgivable abuses.
After checking clothes bought from Primark I have found 3 articles of clothing I have bought in the last few months that have been made in Myanmar. It is beyond belief that considering all the knowledge about was has been happening Myanmar Primark are still selling these clothes and providing Myanmar with more money to continue abuses.
I have contacted the CEO of Primark and I have also raised the issue on their Facebook and Twitter page. I have not received a single a reply on this matter.
I am now boycotting Primark, and ask people to join me by signing my petition and also boycotting Primark. Primark continues to put profit before people however this is one step too far.
I believe your support can make the difference, and can make retailers like Primark change.
