Its been observed frequently that few black sheep in govt departments namely BMC,Police,Tax office etc which the citizens have to deal with daily, don't perform their duties & purposely delay in compliance to seek bribes ! Making an applicant or a complainant run from pillar to post,giving vague excuses ,citing childish & lame excuses/reasons they harass purposely until their desired amount is offered to them.

Such scrupulous elements knows well that laws are weak, their superiors too take a cut from them, most of the time justice seeker just prefer to suffer with passage of time, judiciary don't act fast on them, years pass by to even look into a detailed inquiry & rarely any such mischief monger gets duly punished! 

Hence, the need of the hour is too make a special law to look into complaints against such bad officers in govt offices ,a law with a deadline of max one month in special cases or else earlier relief.Therefore I demand :

1) every govt dept should project a information board saying which officer is responsible for what type of work? the max days time frame [not more than a week] by which the reqd work should be completed ? if not then the reason in writing, strict penalty or punishment if negligence proved .

2) Performance card [PF]  : a rating card should be made available for citizens at every depts of govt agencies where in people can comment/rate/compliment or complain against the performance of a particular officer.Said PF must be handed over directly  with a senior officer of rank of asst commissioner at least , or posted or can be duly filled online.This wont let the accused officer know  how is performance is being judged/scrutinised. Based on the record of the PF, an officer's promotion/demotion should be finalised.Government servants are liable to citizens hence citizens say is a must to punish or praise them.

3) No dept can adjourn a case/call/appointment given to  the citizens without a valid reason in writing that too at least 3 days in advance.It has been observed many a times that adjournments are done as per whims & fancies of the officers citing no justified reason.Penalty in form of huge monetary fine should be levied on such officers,even for judges in various courts & to be paid to the applicant.Why should a citizen suffer for no reason? This has to STOP !

So i request our honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi ji to come out with an immediate surgical strike in form of enforcing a much needed stringent law to deter & punish very  fast such guilty officers who are the main root cause of corruption. Please do make us feel & enjoy acche din by offering us this quick heal remedy & not merely promising acche din in your well drafted speeches.
