whenever an Indian soldier sacrifices his life for the country, his/her family must get ₹1 from every well--to-do family in India.

₹1 would be a very small amount for well--to-do families in India. But collectively, this can become a huge sum.

This step can be voluntary and government can give special benefits like tax exemption to certain limit to the families who accept this.
