For almost 10 years there’s no end to the suffering and pain of the 24000 home buyers of Jaypee Infratech township in Noida. We, the homebuyers have given our lifetime savings and bank loans to Jaypee Infratech in the hope of getting a decent flat to live. But due to greed of Jaypee Infratech’s director Manoj Gaur and his family, home buyers money (aprox Rupees 150 billion) has been siphoned away, leaving the home buyers in lurch and Jaypee Infratech embroiled in a resolution process. Many of these homebuyers are on the brink of financial, health and mental disaster. Banks like IDBI and IRP Anuj Jain are playing a very negative and obstructive role in the resolution process, rejecting the offers of takeover by companies like Suraksha and NBCC. We, the aggrieved home buyers pray to the higher authorities of the country Prime Minister Mr Modi, Minister of state for urban affairs Mr Hardeep Puri, Chief Minister Mr Yogi, Supreme Court of India, Minister of Corporate Affairs Arun Jaitley to use their good offices to force the banks and IRP Anuj Jain to let the resolution process conclude in favour of the home buyers and also order to conduct a thorough forensic audit of the account books of Jaypee Infratech Ltd and Jaypee Associates Ltd to find the financial misconduct for punishing Manoj Gaur and family.
