
Eby and Farnworth had a representative from their Insurance Corporation of British Columbia's 'Fair Practices Office' reach out to me early this morning to educate me after ICBC's deliberate two year refusal of service in exchange for my yearly insurance payment. Essentially, 'Fair Practices' are unnecessary staff in manufactured positions within Eby's scandal plagued government. Created by the regime to exclusively run interference, defend the indefensible, and normalize an ever increasing culture of government corruption- similar to the role played by Officers of Parliament. According to the staffer's email this morning, Eby's ICBC has a little known two year claim statute of limitations. In my case, the ICBC Senior Manager in question refused to communicate with me at all over the course of the last two years. He openly violated both professional ethics and the law to create a 'cost efficiency' to save ICBC money by not providing me with lawfully mandated access to medical services and not paying out any of my legitimate and well documented claims for vehicle repairs. I wonder if both this ICBC Senior Manager and his co-workers in 'Fair Practices' will be rewarded through a questionable bonus scheme? Like the questionable bonus scheme Senior Managers and 'Fair Practices' staff at WorkSafeBC are rewarded through for their creating similar cost efficiencies for their corrupt Crown Corporation at the expense of their victims? I suffered a head injury and my vehicle was damaged through no fault of my own in 2022. The symptoms of that injury have become progressively worse over time without proper care and rehabilitation services. Both ICBC and Dr Victoria Lee's ethically and legally challenged Fraser Health Authority have unlawfully refused to provide me with access to both emergency trauma care, and long term followup treatment for the head injury. I cooperated fully, immediately provided ICBC with everything they requested, and made myself available to find a speedy resolution. From providing the detailed family physicians report, to driving around town to obtain quotes to repair my damaged vehicle. However, Veterans Affairs Canada's: "Delay, deny, hope you die!" has now apparently become ICBC's unofficial motto as well? Now that you can't take ICBC to court thanks to Eby. I understand that deliberately 'ghosting' victims to run the clock out on claims is now a commonly used tactic employed by ICBC Senior Managers. Senior Managers looking to cash in. Who don't fear government police, government prosecutors, and thanks to their benefactors Dave and Mike, no longer have to answer for their actions in an open civil court of law for all to watch. More of my hard earned money stolen through fraudulent means by a corrupt regime hellbent on politically motivated revenge. I look forward to the next election. Even though I'm no longer allowed to vote in it as a homeless, injured, Canadian Veteran- all thanks to the current governments.
