My mother, a vulnerable citizen, was murdered on April 21, 2024 while in the Fraser Health Authorities Cottage Worthington Long Term Care facility in Abbotsford, BC. The victim of a politically motivated revenge killing. Proudly admitted retaliation for my filing written grievances with the proper authorities. Grievances supported by mountains of hard physical evidence to prove through in any court of law, in any functioning democracy, where Rule of Law still exists. Including my written grievance last year against senior staff at Cottage Worthington for physical, mental, emotional, and financial abuse. Also, I uncovered prescription medications intended for the vulnerable patients, repeatedly not being accounted for by CW staff. According to FHA's own internal investigation available online, 'Community Care Facilities Licensing, Facility Inspection Report Health & Safety: dated Feb 1, 2023. #KBEL-CNNNJ4': "This is a repeat offense." PM Justin Trudeau, Premier David Eby- and his wife Dr Cailey Rose Lynch a family physician[Who has both an ethical and legal duty to report] and who is friends with the FHA President Dr Victoria Lee, senior Abbotsford Police Department staff, senior RCMP staff, BC Prosecution Service , Judiciary[including BC's Chief Judge], Officers of both provincial and federal Parliaments, multiple self regulating professional colleges, every BC MLA, various MP's, Abbotsford Mayor Ross Siemens-his Council, his Police Board, his Police Foundation, Fraser Health Patient Care Quality Office, state sponsored media, and various state funded community charities all knew about my allegations in advance but refused to take action to prevent a tragedy. BC's Office of the Police Complaints Commissioner and the RCMP Public Complaints Commissioner refused to process my complaints, answer my questions, or put me through to a manager. BC's Chief Coroner[A lawyer], refused to order an autopsy as required by law. Like the aforementioned presumably to protect their pay, pension, and future employment opportunities in the service of evil. Neither Fraser Health, Abbotsford Police Department, nor the RCMP notified me of the murder as required by law. I found out through a third party- Jane 'a.k.a. Melissa' Dugdale-, who in writing on Dec 14, 2021, I had banned Fraser Health from disclosing any confidential information to. My mother's itemized, photographed, and marked/engraved personal effects have not been returned to me as required by law by the Fraser Health Authority. I am the Chief Executor of the Estate, sole beneficiary, have Enduring Power of Attorney, a Section 9 Representation Agreement, and all parties concerned currently have, and always had, all of my contact information. When I call Cottage Worthington and identify myself, I'm immediately hung up on by staff.
