The justification used for the termination of my VAC Disability Pension by this regime is that they don't receive my yearly, "VAC913 annual Declaration of Disability Program Benefits" form. For a VAC Disability Pension, paid as a matter of right-not privilege, that now requires yearly physical proof of continued "eligibility". The form in question was never received in 2023, and has not been received to date in 2024. My contact information has not changed. A form that if it's received is immediately filled out and returned to PM Justin Trudeau's office via private courier to be forwarded to VAC under his letterhead. A form that can't be found on the VAC/Government of Canada website for Veterans to copy and fill out if it isn't received through the theft ridden Canada Post[a federal Crown Corporation]. A physical document which is to be completed and returned by unsecured regular mail to a PO Box in Quebec. There is no fax number available to inexpensively send the completed form, and to obtain delivery confirmation. VAC has blocked my access to service through their online, "My VAC Account". They've willfully created a situation to deprive me of my money and treatment for their personal gain. All with the full knowledge and support of their Officers of Parliament, senior law enforcement officials, and fellow wealthy Members of Parliament. None of whom have demonstrated a will to carryout their lawful duties in order to ensure their ongoing  paychecks, pensions, and future employment opportunities. None have the courage, integrity, or desire to act. None wish to upset their like minded friend and financial benefactor, Justin Trudeau. Thank you for your support of my petition.
