I was informed in a letter dated Sept 27, 2023 by Daniel Posey, Director Voter Services that effective Nov 17, 2023 the regime will constructively strip me of my right to vote. A Charter protected Democratic Right as defined in Sec. 3: 'Every citizen of Canada has the right to vote in any election of members of the House of Commons or of a Legislative Assembly...' They justify their decision by stating that as a homeless injured Veteran my use of a PO Box is unacceptable. A PO Box as a result of an admitted illegal eviction by a foreign speculator after 18 years of a successful tenancy[the owner worked in collusion with both the former and current BC Premiers to facilitate the illegal act- John[Coal Boy] Horgan and David Eby, the Attorney and Solicitor Generals, and their subordinate staff were/are involved. Eby's Residential Tenancy Branch took my $100 RTB Complaint filing fee, refused me access to service, and then refused my written request to refund my money. In response, Horgan/Eby's government lawyer sent me an email on how to take their regime to court if I wanted my money back. My money that they had obtained through fraud.]. This on top of the politically appointed and controlled Chief Electoral Officer[s] refusing to conduct investigations after it was reported that we didn't receive our 'Mail-In Ballots' for both the last federal and provincial elections held during the pandemic. Another example of the lengths democratically elected governments, turned authoritarian regimes, are willing to go to hold on to power. To suppress and crush law abiding, peace loving, reasonable Canadians who swore an oath to defend Canada.
