Section 322[1] Theft, of the Criminal Code of Canada states that it is illegal to take something, temporarily or absolutely that is not yours or which you do not have consent or authority to take, pledge, alter, or deposit. The Trudeau regime had/has no legal authority to take my VAC Disability Pension[paid as a matter of right not privilege]. Without first providing me with written notification from the minister, without me being notified of my right to appeal, and without me being given a formal opportunity to appeal their decision in writing with or without legal council. It's the law, which they wilfully ignored. Curiously, as reported on June 10, 2023 by the federal governments subsidized corporate media partners, this regime has now given over $8 billion in Canadian dollars over the course of the last year to their favourite foreign cause. Where did all that money suddenly come from? I'd hate to think that some of those donated Canadian dollars may actually be ill-gotten gains/the proceeds of crime, that are being invested abroad?
