Veterans Affairs Canada and the Veterans Review and Appeal Board have never afforded me my right under the Pension Act to Benefit of Doubt, Sec. 5[3]. Credible and uncontradicted written, physical, and later oral evidence was either disregarded or ignored. Including written admissions made by DND of senior leaderships deliberate  destruction of various crucial Personnel, Pay, and Medical records. Evidence was provided demonstrating DND's censorship of the existing records. DND cited "Solicitor Client Privilege" concerning the actions of senior leadership. That information is so incriminating it's being kept secret. The written admissions made by DND investigators that I was subjected to multiple "injustices" were ignored. In addition, they weren't interested in hearing from witnesses. VAC/VRAB refused to draw any reasonable inferences.
