That Veterans are now encouraged to report cases of VAC staff misconduct directly to VAC and the Minister responsible Lawrence MacAulay. Let me get this right,  Veterans should report misconduct to the very same bureaucrats and politicians who have ordered reprisals against them for reporting misconduct in the first place? "It's dangerous to be right when the government is wrong." Never again!
