I just received a questionable letter from VAC's Assistant Deputy Minister Service Delivery Steven Harris. Date Sept 17, 2021 and deliberately sent to the wrong address. My change of address was confirmed delivered on Aug 4, 2021 to PM Justin Trudeau by private courier. His letter, which appears to be written by a lawyer, informs me of what an amazing job VAC is doing on behalf of injured Veterans. "Further, let me assure you that the Department's staff  remain dedicated to conducting themselves with care, compassion and respect in all interactions with Veterans." Encouraging me to "sign up" for a "My VAC Account". The very same account that no longer works by design!
