I've recently been informed by the Office of Canada's Veterans Ombudsman that they are terminating my latest written grievance regarding ongoing VAC reprisals. Allowing the reprisals by VAC to continue unabated in violation of Canadian law for my filing a grievance with their office. The OVO's official reason, is that I refuse to have off the record conversations with their staff over the phone. Based on previous negative experiences with government, I now only conduct my business with them in writing. In an accountable, transparent, respectful manner.
