Abduction of 2 x Minor kids from Pakistan to Canada
The Issue
Two beautiful children, Mariam Fahd Rasool (DOB 18 July 2007) and Muhammad Arhum Fahd Rasool (DOB 11 Feb 2009 )were kidnapped by their mother Ghazna Fahd Rasool (new name now Ghazna Zafar)and Maternal Grand father Zafar Iqbal Bilal Ex MPA /Minister Provincial Assembly Sindh Pakistan from Karachi City of Pakistan to Canada via USA on December 14th 2009.
The kidnapping was made possible after Registering False criminal cases on kids father Fahd Rasool so that he is bogged down in false criminal proceedings in different Courts and after signing three (03) mutual agreement that mother and kids will join father house with in one month.
The kids Father Fahd Rasool did inform in writing Canadian Embassy Islamabad/Pakistan approximately six (06) months before ie on 15 July 2009 that his kids will be abducted and flown to Canada but Canada embassy did not take any action on his letter and abductors/kidnappers along with kids enter Canada in Jan 2010,Which led to helping the mother and Maternal grandparents to enter Canada with out any hindrance.
Since the kidnapping in Dec 2009,I have not been able to have any contact with my kids or to know of their well being.I have provided all documents/proofs to every concern office in Canada about this kidnapping and not only e mail them all but sent hard copies of every document.However I have never been informed by Canada about my kids well being till so far.
I also requested mediation groups /many individuals / different Canadian offices/organisations / MP'S Canada/Peel police/RCMP/minister IMMIGRATION & PM Canada to intervene,and some of them tried to contact Mother Ghazna Zafar in order to know the whereabouts/well being of my children and at least encourage her to let me speak to them. Unfortunately,she responded them by saying that she is “not willing to try any mediation nor agreed to allow kids to phone/video chat with me''. I will request every one reading it to help kids that they are allowed to phone/Skype me.Please note,I'm not asking custody of kids,I'm just asking phone calls with my kids.Its more than twelve (12) years since I saw/heard my kids.I love my kids.They need both parents and my humble request to every one is to please sign this and help kids to phone with father. Thanking you all.
