In the last couple of years many people on the street that I live in have had animals killed because of drivers that speed and are careless and think it's okay to drive like maniacs 

i myself have had 3 cats killed because of careless and heartless people that think it's okay to speed 

aninals are like family! I'm aware that at times they can be stupid and go into the road and not look what's around them but when people clearly see what they have done and just drive off it infuriates me 

plymouth city council  informed me 3 years ago speed cameras and or CCTV would be put up in my street to deal with this issue and catch these idiots 

THIS NEVER HAPPEND! 

And as tonight I had another beautiful animal killed due to careless drivers I now want something done 

if this petition gets 25 signatures it will be seen by the council 

if it gets 2500 it WILL be dealt with 

Please help me and sign this petition it takes seconds to do and you would be helping myself and the people in my area 

and it would make people think before speeding 

just remember if this was a child it would be headline news
