I would like to start a petition for speed bumps to be added on St. Levans Road in Plymouth, Stoke.

In the past two weeks both of my cats have been hit by cars on St. Levans road, one cat has sustained injuries whilst the other one died. 

The speed of the cars down this road can be very excessive of the speed limit and dangerous, not just to cats but also to pedestrians who cross on the islands. This particular part of St. Levans Road also runs parallel to a dog park so there has also been similar accidents in the past involving dogs.
