**RE: MANDATORY PUBLICATION AND GAZETTING OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PLEBEIAN TRIBUNAL OF SOUTH AFRICA**

**WHEREAS:**
1. The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, as the supreme law, guarantees in Chapter 2, Section 34 the right of every person to have any dispute resolved by an independent and impartial tribunal or forum;
2. The Republic of South Africa is registered as a corporation in Washington DC (CIK #0000932419), funded and directed by private reserve banks, rendering the current governmental structure ultra vires and contrary to the constitutional mandate of popular sovereignty;
3. All branches of government and statutory organs from Chapter 3 onward are, by operation of law, ultra vires and without lawful authority, as they derive their mandate from a compromised, non-sovereign structure;
4. The Plebeian Tribunal of South Africa is constituted as the first and only lawful tribunal by, for, and of the people, in accordance with the original intent and letter of the Constitution, and is empowered by the people’s mandate, as evidenced by its digital presence, public petition, and social media engagement;
5. The Tribunal has been duly established, with public petition at [https://www.change.org/PlebeianTribunalSA](https://www.change.org/PlebeianTribunalSA) an official website at [https://www.plebeiantribunalsa.co.za](https://www.plebeiantribunalsa.co.za) and a Facebook presence with over 2,000 views on “WORLD WIDE DEMONSTRATIONS SOUTH AFRICA”;

**IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:**
- The Government Printing Works shall, within seven (7) days of receipt of this Order, publish and gazette the attached Notice of Establishment of the Plebeian Tribunal of South Africa in the Government Gazette and all official publications.
- All newspaper editors and media outlets are directed to publish the attached Notice in their next available editions, both print and digital, as a matter of urgent public interest and constitutional compliance.
- The public is to be notified of their right to access the Plebeian Tribunal for the resolution of all disputes, and to participate in its proceedings as sovereign citizens.

### ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PLEBEIAN TRIBUNAL OF SOUTH AFRICA

**WHEREAS** the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, is the supreme law, and in particular Section 34 of Chapter 2 guarantees the right of every person to have any dispute resolved by an independent and impartial tribunal or forum;

**AND WHEREAS** it is established and evidenced that the current governmental structure is ultra vires, being registered as a corporation (CIK #0000932419) and subject to private plutocratic interests, contrary to the will and sovereignty of the people;

**AND WHEREAS** the Plebeian Tribunal of South Africa has been duly constituted as the only lawful and constitutional forum for the resolution of disputes, in accordance with the original intent and supremacy of the Constitution;

**NOW THEREFORE** the following is hereby gazetted for public notice and immediate effect:

1. **The Plebeian Tribunal of South Africa** is recognized as the sole independent and impartial tribunal for the people, by the people, and of the people, as contemplated in Section 34 of the Constitution.
2. The Tribunal is empowered to hear, adjudicate, and resolve all disputes, grievances, and matters brought before it by any member of the public, without fear, favor, or prejudice.
3. The Tribunal is administered by **nicolas of the family brett, a living flesh and blood man**, duly appointed Administrator and First Tribune, whose mandate is derived directly from the people and the Constitution[1].
4. All persons are hereby notified of their right to approach the Plebeian Tribunal for the resolution of any dispute, and to participate in its proceedings.
5. The Tribunal’s proceedings, decisions, and orders are binding, and all organs of state, media, and public entities are directed to recognize and respect the authority of the Tribunal.
