 Introduction

During the historic Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) hearings in the mid-1990s, a pivotal event known as the “Night of the Generals” saw the arrest of senior military officials. The TRC sought to uncover secret projects and hidden threats—referred to as the “Trojan horse”—that could undermine the newly established democratic government of South Africa.

Despite extensive investigations, the TRC did not find this “Trojan horse,” leaving many to conclude that the deeper systemic forces influencing our nation remained concealed and unchallenged.

The Constitutional “Trojan Horse” Discovered

Today, I declare that this “Trojan horse” has been found—not as a physical weapon or secret project, but as a **constitutional reality** embedded within our Republic’s governance structure.

The **South African Constitution**, the supreme law of our land and an international treaty, enshrines in **Chapter 2** the **divine rights of individuals**—rights that are paramount and inviolable.

**Article 34** of the Constitution makes explicit provision for the **automatic reinstatement of the Plebeian Tribunal** in the event that the organs of state and government, established from Chapter 3 onward, fail to uphold these fundamental rights.

---

Government Compromise and Ultra Vires Status

Currently, our government organs—including Parliament, the judiciary, and the South African Reserve Bank—are compromised. Their independence is undermined by their reliance on financing and control from private international banking institutions, notably the network of Federal Reserve Banks and the Bank for International Settlements.

This external control renders these organs **ultra vires**—acting beyond their lawful authority and in breach of their constitutional duties.

---

## Activation of the Plebeian Tribunal

By recognizing and invoking Article 34 and Chapter 2 of the Constitution, I have **activated the Plebeian Tribunal** as the constitutional safeguard for the people.

This activation empowers us to:

- Establish the Tribunal and appoint trusted, independent members who are **not employed by or beholden to compromised state institutions**.
- Hold accountable all individuals and entities complicit in violating the Constitution and betraying the sovereignty of the South African people.
- Pursue lawful actions, including arrest and prosecution, against those responsible for corruption, maladministration, and constitutional breaches.

---

## Important Legal Clarification

To maintain the Tribunal’s integrity and independence, **no person directly employed by the compromised state organs may serve as a Tribune**.

The Tribunal is a people's institution—created to protect and restore the divine rights guaranteed by our Constitution.

---

## Call to Action

This is a constitutional mandate and a solemn call to all South Africans who cherish justice, sovereignty, and human dignity.

I urge every citizen to:

- Support the Plebeian Tribunal by signing the petition authorizing my representation as Tribune of the Plebeians.
- Spread awareness of this constitutional safeguard and its power to restore our Republic.
- Stand united in reclaiming the power that rightfully belongs to the people.

---

## Conclusion

The Plebeian Tribunal is our shield against corruption and external control. It is our sword for justice and sovereignty.

Together, we will reclaim our Republic, uphold our Constitution, and protect the divine rights of every South African.

Statement on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, the “Trojan Horse,” and Activation of the Plebeian Tribunal

During the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) hearings in the mid-1990s, there was a significant event famously known as the “Night of the Generals,” when many senior military officials were arrested. The purpose of these arrests was to investigate secret projects and uncover any hidden threats—what they called the “Trojan horse”—that could undermine the new democratic government emerging after 1994.

The fear was that there might be covert systems or influences embedded within the state or society that could jeopardize the fragile new order. The TRC sought to find and neutralize such threats to ensure the stability of the post-apartheid government.

However, despite these efforts, the TRC did not find this “Trojan horse.” As a result, many view the TRC as having failed in this critical aspect—failing to expose the deeper systemic forces that continued to influence and control the country.

Today, I assert that the “Trojan horse” has been found—through the constitutional recognition and activation of the Plebeian Tribunal.

The South African Constitution, in **Chapter 2**, enshrines the **divine rights of individuals**—rights that are supreme and non-negotiable. Article 34 specifically provides for the **automatic reinstatement of the Plebeian Tribunal** in the event that the organs of state and government, established from Chapter 3 onward, fail to uphold these fundamental rights.

This means that when Parliament, the judiciary, the Reserve Bank, or any other state institution becomes compromised or fails in its constitutional duty, the Plebeian Tribunal is **automatically activated** as a constitutional safeguard to protect the people’s rights.

By recognizing and invoking this provision, I have activated the Plebeian Tribunal. This activation grants us the legal and moral authority to:

- Establish the Tribunal and appoint trusted, independent members who are not employed by the state or influenced by compromised institutions.
- Hold accountable all those complicit in undermining the Constitution and the sovereignty of the people—including Parliament, the judiciary, and the Reserve Bank.
- Take necessary lawful actions, including arrest and prosecution, against those who have violated their constitutional duties and betrayed the public trust.

It is important to emphasize that **no person directly employed by the compromised state institutions can serve as a Tribune**, to ensure the Tribunal’s independence and integrity.

This is not merely a theoretical exercise. It is a constitutional mandate and a call to action for all South Africans who value justice, sovereignty, and the divine rights guaranteed by our Constitution.

The Plebeian Tribunal is our shield and our sword against corruption, external control, and the betrayal of our Republic.

Together, through this Tribunal, we reclaim the power that rightfully belongs to the people.
