We recently learned that Pleasure Beach in Great Yarmouth are still participating in the incredibly cruel, outdated practice of giving away goldfish as prizes. Goldfish are living, sentient beings, not inanimate commodities that we can barter with. These fish will commonly end up in the hands of incompetent, irresponsible "owners" who will not take proper care of them, which will inevitably lead to them dying as a result. Please sign and share this petition to make them aware that public opinion is strongly against this, and to urge them to stop allowing goldfish to be given away as prizes with immediate effect.
