The Gig Harbor Short-Term Rental Alliance (GHSTRA) has been working incessantly for a year and a half with the Gig Harbor City Council to develop reasonable and positive regulations for Short-Term Rentals.

We are striving to reinforce the positive benefits of Short Term Rentals in our Community.  Existing STRs have had zero complaints for the many years that they have existed.  Firm regulations will reinforce that standing.  We have total support from tourists, families seeking short-term accommodations, traveling workers, such as nurses, and the local businesses they have supported.
