Burgess Community – We Need Your Support
Horry County Planning and Zoning has ordered us to remove the RVs and halt the ice cream shop (or apply for a compliant zoning).
We asked the Burgess Community Association to support an alternate zoning and were denied. We’re now asking you to speak up: let the Association and its President know you support us by signing this petition. We have had retaliatory "anonymous" complaints most recently after our critical opposition to another major subdivision on Freewoods Rd. We've been open two years with a valid business license and now they are trying to pull our license. We ask that only Burgess Community area people sign this so we can show the authenticity of our Petition.  We thank you so much for supporting us.
