Hi Hawthorne Neighbors, 

City Council meeting is tonight at 6pm. I am only given 3 minutes to present this petition, along with my other parking agenda. Can you come to support? You do not have to speak but can if you are compelled to tell our elected officials that we do not agree nor consent to PAID PARKING METERS in our city.
