Known on Facebook as Charlie Dogman, Charles is a certified K9 dog trainer with 50+ years of experience. As well as, a retired Animal Control Officer who worked for many many years.  

Charlie's 16 year old lovable, Cane Corso, Meka was immediately impounded when victim Amber Miller was found mauled near Charlie and Meka's home. Meka is an inside dog, trained very well, has cataracts and is deaf according to Charles and the vet who saw Meka.

Weeks prior to the sad news of Amber Miller's death, the other dogs who were trained and owned by Charles were sadly all killed. It is still unknown as to who murdered Charlie and Meka's dog family.

The only dog owned and still living with Charles at the time of the victims death, was 16 year old, deaf and almost blind, inside dog, Meka. Charles has not been permitted to visit or see Meka at all since this happened in 2021. She has been alone and scared without her dad Charles there with her. She already had lost her entire dog family just before Amber Miller lost her life in a vicious attack.  

The area is well known by residents and law enforcement for a lot of drug traffic, drug activity and homelessness towards the end of the dead end road where Charles and Meka live. It is also an area very well known to have a large amount of activity of wild, big cats. Panthers, bob cats, mountain lion, and coyotes. 

Charles has retained a lawyer and is currently working to prove his case to show that Meka has been falsely accused and on "death row" due to a lack of investigation. Meka was found to have NO dna or blood on her or in her feces, but still remains on "death row" for a crime she did not do.

Please sign this petition to help Charles get his lovable, sweet, old Meka back home with him and taken immediately off of "death row." This will also help Amber Miller and her family get the investigation and justice she most certainly should have.

On April 16, 2022 Charles asked Operation ROC founder/owner, and Predator Hunter Nation's owners/founders to help track and document the enormous amount of evidence showing wild, vicious, big cats in and around Charles' house and road/neighborhood. The tracking that evening proved a huge amount of big cats in the immediate area, who very possibly could be the reason for Amber Millers death.
