Hello friends and residents we are all aware of the problems. We are having in citrus Springs . with so many different boards and  board members dropping like flies. There’s no transparency, fighting arguing wasting money on an attorney to be at every meeting and  be involved in every aspect, technically running this association . We have  problems with select enforcement  builders.deltona oversees the deed restrictions that they don’t want anything to do with this place. They. own less than 1200 lots telling us what to do. I’d like to start a petition to get rid of the CSCA and Deltona once and for all if we have any kind of problems, we could always have the county take care of it . let’s just live in peace !!!!  if you guys feel the same way, please drop your name and I will start the petition. We need 51% then we can bring it to Deltona.
