Council members Kallos and Rivera have introduced a bill to BAN Glyphosate in NYC (intro 1524).  However, this doesn't mean victory yet. We need the support of 34 NYC council members in order to get a hearing. Give your NYC council member a call AND send them an email - tell them you want them to SUPPORT BILL 1524 and that BANNING GLYPHOSATE is important to you.  By doing this, they will be obliged to pay attention.  BE THE CHANGE - take a moment to look up your council member and reach out to them.  Find them here: https://council.nyc.gov/districts/

KTG is an organization focused on advancing the healthy soil and regenerative agricultural movement. Regenerative Agriculture is a system of farming principles and practices that increases biodiversity, sequesters carbon, increases soil fertility, replenishes watersheds, and enhances ecosystem services.  Working together we strengthen our efforts to help policy influencers choose to make the health of our children and the environment their priority over weed control. Together we will focus on prioritizing soil health and protecting our children, farmers, and food supply from toxic chemical approaches to control weeds and pest pressure by switching to proven highly effective organic management programs.
